Do I need to take a test to use Frey?
No. The protocol works with or without a baseline test. Testing is optional — most men add it because they want to see the numbers move.
Is this just for guys trying to conceive?
No. The 74-Day Protocol is built for pre-conception, but it works equally well for men who want to optimize their health generally. The onboarding quiz routes you to the right starting point.
How is this different from Whoop or Oura?
Whoop tells you how you slept. Frey tells you how what you did yesterday is affecting sperm cells that'll mature 90 days from now. Different question, different answer.
Can Frey diagnose a medical problem?
No. Frey is a wellness protocol, not a medical device. If you have concerns about infertility, see a urologist. We'll flag things worth asking them about.
